Premium Package

 

This exclusive package also includes renovations or additions. Receive up to two Look style boards from a matched selection and choose your favorite to collaborate with on your project. The package includes:

Home Staging

Showcases your home’s selling features, home staging gives your home a competitive advantage, and can help you sell your home for more money and faster than non-staged homes. A staged home creates a welcoming feeling that entices potential buyers to look around during a successful open house or showing with your real estate agent. Each of our home staging packages helps prepare your home for the real estate market. Our services includes:

  • Initial walk-thru of your home

  • Checklist of staging suggestions for you to make in each room

  • De-clutter and design optimal spaces that emphasize the home’s selling features

  • Furniture placement plans for the rooms (additional rooms as time permits)

  • Final walk-thru where we make final adjustments and recommendations

  • We arrange your furniture, accessories, and artwork for you
    (For vacant homes, see our Rental Furniture and Accessories option below)

Additional options:

  • Packing Materials (boxes, tape, bubble wrap, etc.)

  • Additional contractors (painters, cleaners, movers, landscapers, etc.)

  • Storage units for excess belongings (if there is not enough space on your property)

  • Rental furniture and accessories fees, and delivery/pickup fees

  • Digital Photos – To showcase your staged home.

  • Packing Assistance – Help you pack non-essential items to de-clutter and prepare for your move.

  • Organization – Help you organize spaces like closets, pantries, or garages to prepare your home for staging and your move.

  • Rental Furniture and Furniture/Accessories: When additional furniture and accessories are needed to optimize the staging of your home (or for vacant homes), we work with a rental Company to find furniture, accessories, and artwork for your home. This includes ordering, scheduling, selection and arrangement of furniture and accessories, and the unpacking and packing of accessories.

** Our Happiness Guarantee: If you don't receive a First Look design you love, contact us prior to selecting your designer and we'll fix the problem or give you your money back.

** We estimate about 10 hours per room and depending on the project, time may vary. Each project is unique in its own right, and the descriptions are simply examples of packages we can provide. All packages are customized according to its needs. Canaima Design prices are not defined until we can evaluate your requirements, budget, expertise and timewise. Our excellence focusses to give you the best service in base of your necessities.

** If you are interested in a custom quote that extends beyond the pre-set packages listed, please contact us for more information. Custom quotes include, but are not limited to, services such as: Full home or office design, closet design, millwork designs and drawings, custom floor pattern design, reflected ceiling plans and lighting specifications, and specialty paint.
